Selected candidates will complete a Kolbe and/or DISC assessment to help us understand how you naturally work and where you'll thrive.
03 — Capability Showcase
A short, role-relevant exercise or case study so you can show how you think and work. We keep it focused and respectful of your time.
04 — Final Interview
A conversation with our founder and CEO to go deeper on alignment, review your assessment, and sketch what success looks like in your first six months.
