These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, and online services operated by CLP Ventures, LLC, doing business as ThriveAxis® (formerly Carol Parker Walsh Consulting Group) ("Company," "We," or "Us"), including all related webpages and social media accounts (collectively, the "Sites"). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

These Terms apply to your use of the Sites generally. If you purchase a product, program, course, or service from us, your purchase is also governed by our separate Purchase Terms.

The Sites and all content on them, including text, graphics, logos, assessments, frameworks, tools, and materials, are owned by CLP Ventures, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted. These Terms apply to all Sites we own or operate now or in the future. They do not apply to third-party sites we may link to, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You grant us and our authorized representatives a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your contribution in any form or medium without further permission or compensation to you.

6. Forums and Interactive Features

A "forum" includes any blog comments, message boards, chat rooms, user reviews, or other interactive features on the Sites. Registration may be required to participate. 9. No Professional Advice

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be submitted to mediation in the State of Washington. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to binding arbitration or to a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, at our discretion. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements we post, or you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Sites and supersede any prior understandings.
