We are growing, and we are building the team that will carry this work to more leaders and more organizations. The people we hire now will help shape how the firm operates, grows, and shows up in the world for years to come.

We work hard, dream big, move fast, and pursue excellence, always with humanity at the center. If that sounds like your kind of place, we would love to meet you.

How We Hire

We keep our process human, transparent, and bias-aware, and we move at a pace that respects your time. You can expect a clear update at every stage.

  1. Apply Online. Complete a brief application and attach a resume or portfolio that shows results, not just responsibilities. Include a short statement of your interest in the role and why you are capable of doing it well.
  2. Assessment. Selected candidates will be asked to complete a Kolbe and/or DISC assessment. These help us understand how you naturally work and where you'll thrive, and they give us a shared language for the conversation ahead.
  3. Capability Showcase. A short, role-relevant exercise or case study so you can show how you think and work. We keep it focused and respectful of your time.
  4. Final Interview. A conversation with our founder and CEO to go deeper on alignment, talk through your assessment and exercise, and begin sketching what success looks like in your first six months.

We believe hiring is a two-way decision. At every step, you should be evaluating us as much as we are evaluating you.

Director of Business Operations & Project Management

The ideal person for this role loves building order out of motion. This seat is crucial because it is the operating engine of the firm: the systems, rhythm, and follow-through that let a growing practice scale without the founder holding every detail. As Director of Business Operations & Project Management, you translate signed work into clear plans, run the weekly operating cadence, own our project management systems, and keep the whole team clear on what they own and when it is due. You track deliverables, maintain accountability scorecards, build the SOPs that keep us consistent, and surface issues before they become fires. You will thrive here if you take pride in clean systems and high standards, have a track record of building operations infrastructure from scratch, and want a foundational leadership seat with real room to grow.

PLEASE NOTE:

The right person is both an operator and a project manager. They can translate internal decisions, business priorities, team responsibilities, operational needs, systems gaps, and CEO direction into organized workflows, project plans, dashboards, timelines, owners, follow-up, and execution.

This role exists to help the CEO stay focused on business development, thought leadership, client relationships, and strategic direction while ensuring the firm's operational infrastructure is healthy, up to date, and actively used.

Director of Marketing & Communications

The ideal person for this role is part marketer, part communicator, and part brand voice steward. This seat is crucial because it owns how the world becomes aware of, trusts, and connects with the firm. As Director of Marketing & Communications, you run our content and communications engine, write in the founder's voice, own newsletters and email nurture, lead our LinkedIn presence, and represent the brand publicly when the founder cannot be in the room. You turn every speaking engagement and media feature into momentum, surface warm leads to inform business development, and direct the tactical execution support beneath you. You will thrive here if you write beautifully in someone else's voice, carry a credible and warm public presence, and have built or grown a content engine inside professional services, executive coaching, or executive media. This is a senior, relationship-driven role, not a paid-acquisition one.

PLEASE NOTE:

The right person is a strong writer, organized marketer, strategic thinker, and proactive executor who can look at what the CEO is doing in the market and think, “How do we turn this into content, visibility, engagement, leads, follow-up assets, and pipeline support?”

This is not a social media assistant role. This is not a graphic design role. This is not a passive content-posting role. This is a strategic marketing execution role for someone who understands how visibility, authority, content, events, and thought leadership support business growth.

Director of Business Development

The ideal person for this role thrives on the long game of relationship-driven sales. This seat is crucial because it makes the firm's growth predictable: you own the pipeline from first conversation to signed engagement. As Director of Business Development, you source and qualify new opportunities across transit, public sector, life sciences, and nonprofit sectors, move warm and inbound leads through a longer consultative cycle, and build lasting relationships with prospects and referral partners. You keep our CRM up to date and disciplined, partner with the CEO on proposals, and coordinate closely with marketing on the lead handoff so nothing falls through the cracks. You will thrive here if you love moving warm, six-figure professional services opportunities through a longer sales cycle, take pride in clean CRM discipline, and want commission-based upside on top of a competitive base salary.

PLEASE NOTE:

The right person is commercially minded, relationship-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable helping move high-value professional services opportunities through a longer, more consultative sales process.

This is not a marketing role. This is not an administrative CRM role. This is a business development role responsible for making sure revenue opportunities do not stall, disappear, or remain dependent on the CEO’s memory and bandwidth.

ICF Certified Coach

The ideal person for this ICF Certified Coach position would be a PCC-level (or above) credentialed professional with substantial executive coaching experience and a passion for transformational client development. This role is crucial for delivering high-impact coaching services to our executive clients while complementing our talented bench of coaches on an on-call basis. Some responsibilities include conducting powerful coaching sessions that uncover clients' core challenges, collaborating with our team to maintain consistency in approach, developing personalized action plans that drive measurable results, and providing the accountability framework that transforms potential into performance. You'll thrive here if you value being part of a collective coaching practice rather than building an independent portfolio, and find fulfillment in creating breakthrough moments for leaders navigating complex professional landscapes.
