Thank you for joining our community. This is the Return and Refund Policy of CLP Ventures, LLC dba Carol Parker Walsh Consulting Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following terms.
Digital Products
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital products under any circumstances. This policy covers but is not limited to, e-books, downloadable guides, online courses, and the Maxwell DISC Assessment (including any associated digital materials or reports). Once access to a digital product has been provided, you are fully responsible for its use, storage, and consumption.
Maxwell DISC Assessment
Because the Maxwell DISC Assessment includes immediate access to a unique, personalized digital assessment and creating a customized report, no refunds are available once purchased. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing or encounter any issues accessing or downloading your materials.
Access Duration
While we strive to maintain ongoing access to our digital products, we cannot guarantee product availability beyond six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this six-month period, we reserve the right to discontinue or remove access to any digital product without prior notice. You are responsible for downloading, saving, and utilizing all digital content within six (6) months of purchase.
Online Training Programs
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction with the Program is important to us, which is why we suggest you consider your purpose. We DO NOT issue refunds for any digital products, courses, Maxwell DISC Assessment, or programs without exception.
Coaching & Consulting
There are no refunds on coaching and consulting services. Results are not guaranteed, as they depend on your active participation, openness to feedback, and commitment to doing the work. You authorize Carol Parker Walsh Consulting Group, LLC, to process your payment by providing a deposit or making a full payment. If accepted into a coaching or consulting program, you are responsible for fully paying the program fees according to the agreed schedule.
Option to Cancel Future Payments
If you are unsatisfied and on a payment plan, you may request that we stop collecting future payments. Approval of this request is solely at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
Missed or Late Appointments
If you are late for an appointment or do not show up, you forfeit that session, and no refunds or make-ups will be provided. We will honor our appointments and be on time as well.
Lapsed Services
We understand life circumstances may delay your use of purchased services or products. However, if you pay for coaching services or a digital product (including the Maxwell DISC Assessment) and do not initiate or schedule your first session within one (1) month of the initial payment, any amounts paid will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
One-on-one coaching sessions are not guaranteed to remain available, and program offerings or prices may change. After three (3) months of failing to access coaching, you must contract and pay for new or existing coaching services at the current rate.
A Note on Payment Plans
If you choose a multi-pay or payment plan and continue in the program, you are responsible for completing all payments. If your credit card information lapses, we will contact you and provide a 7-day grace period to update your payment details. Failure to update within this period may result in suspension of program access. If your account is not brought current within 7 days after the suspension, we may refer your account to our collections agency.
You agree to pay liquidated damages of five (5) times the total fees paid for the Program, Service, or Assessment in the event of your Unauthorized Use or failure to pay as agreed, or a minimum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), whichever is greater, in addition to any legal or equitable remedies the Company may be entitled to pursue. This is not a penalty but an agreed liquidated damage charge for the Unauthorized Use or failure to pay the agreed-upon account.
