There's no such thing as failure. Everything that happens is an opportunity for learning, for growth and the opportunity to unveil hidden talents and strengths.
Did you know that Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he created the light bulb. Richard Branson dropped out of school at 15. Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team and missed over 9,000 of his shots. Walt Disney's editor fired him for lack of creativity. Anna Wintour was fired from her first job as a junior fashion editor at Harper's Bazaar.
You've probably heard of these stories before and they bear repeating. Too often we look at other's success and forget what it took for them to get there. Each of the individuals listed, as you know, went on to great success in their careers and businesses. So can you!
If new opportunities scare you because of the possibility of failing, remember these famous people and keep this affirmation in mind.
