What a Webby Honoree Recognition Taught Me About the Power of People-Forward Leadership™

I didn't set out to win an award.

When I developed Delegation Strategies for People Leaders, a course now available on LinkedIn Learning in partnership with Madecraft, my singular focus was solving a problem I had watched derail good leaders for years. What happened next I didn't see coming.
